Stock Order Rejection - GL037. What does it mean and why did I get it?

Made an order for a stock purchase on OCBC IOCBC platform but i got this rejection that i totally don't understand why. Tried to look for the Trading representative but didn't pick up my calls.

Entire day of Friday the IOCBC 1800 hotline is fully engaged all the time. Damn. Kindly advise! Thank you!

Rejection Reason: Long Daily Capital has been exceeded for this stock (GL037)

It probably means that only sell orders will be allowed. Too many people are buying it and probably not enough scripts to allocate for the buy.

What were you trying to buy? Was it CFD, futures or some DLC? I don't think a normal stock will have this issue.
