Standard Chartered Unlimited$aver gives 5% cashback while maintaining a certain amount of cash deposited in the bank. Any thoughts on this? Is it worth it?

Does the standard chartered unlimited saver make sense for a young working adult. If not, what are some other alternatives?

I think it's not as worth it, as it locks your cash down AND requires to spend.

I never found any interest with any banks that do their best to lock my money. Hence, it is never worth it.

Consider alternatives like UOB One or DBS Multiplier. They work pretty well.

Here is everything about me and what I do best.

Personally I won't go for it. A minimum of $100,000 is required just to get 5% cashback, that's a lot of money to keep in an account that barely gives you any interest. Unless you're a heavy spender, there are better savings account + credit card combination that can give you 5% cashback AND also high interest rate on your savings account (i.e. UOB One).

UOB one card gives quite a good cashback without jumping through the hoops. Therefore, I will go for UOB, Citibank etc.

Stanchart unlimited not a good value proposition. You ahve to park so much money forgoing higher interest rate elsewhere

Do you have that amount of cash? And have you exhausted all other bank acct that can give you higher...
