I've been on Singlife for a few months and have been diligently topping up the account to about $10k. However, when I tried withdrawing for the first time this week, I realised that the phone number the OTP is sent to is not mine! I do not recognise the number at all. The customer representative kept asking me to retrieve the policy documents but I can't even log in. When I use my actual phone number, the app says that my number is not associated with any account. Make a police report?
Recently their customer service is horrendous, I also suddenly cannot login cause didn't receive any OTP. They took more than 5 days to reply my whatsapp message, no reply on email. For your case, let them know that u cannot log in and ask them to update your mobile number. Maybe can provide your telco bill as proof. If they don't help, make police report
Please get back or do a follow up with the Singlife CS via WhatsApp. They are willing to help during weekdays as I have tried on a weekend they will not follow up or answer you back.
I faced this same issue and they asked me to off and on my phone back and BOOM! It works perfectly for the on time password and also the Singlife app doesn’t log me out.
No harm trying as it works for me:)
