Should you get a 1,2,3 or 4 Bedroom Condominium for your first investment property? Which has the highest chance of rental tenants?

Am looking to get a condominium as an investment. Once I get it, I will be renting it out. I want to find out which is likely to have more tenants renting, thanks!

There has been alot of talk on how affordable private property is. How good it is actually to get a one bedroom for rental / investment? Also, when I want to sell it to get a bigger one

Should I first (1) top-up my CPF SA, or (2) invest in ETFs, or (3) purchase a retirement income insurance? I am in my 40s and thinking of setting aside $200pm to start retirement planning.?
