Should I take full HDB loan for BTO or pay some in cash?

Im not sure if it makes much difference. Full HDB loan: 260,000
cash: 50,000

Was thinking if I should use the cash for investment instead

If you are confident in getting higher returns with cash than CPF, you can consider. CPF is a pretty safe investment with decent returns but you cant withdraw prematurely. And you have to think about the negative part where you might lose all the cash if you failed.
