Should I take a pay raise by changing jobs but at the cost of restarting my career progression?

I'm currently working in a company for almost 3 years, but I feel that I've reached the point where I'm not learning anything. Similar jobs outside will offer at least 10% increment in annual salary. But I'm still in a junior / mid position due to the lack of proper progression in the company.

Should I try to look for new jobs which offers a higher annual salary but at the cost of possibly starting from the bottom again? Or wait it out a little longer for a better title before leaving?

Junior or Senior is just a level that doesn't define what you have in your mind, your skills or experience. If you do the same thing day by day, year by year, your level will never up. Thus find a new job, get the offer and change your working environment, team and the job scale. You will learn new things and you can improve your skills and knowledge. Those are important for you. Get the job offer from a new company before you leave your current job because, in this crisis, it's not easy to find a job.

I was in the exact same position as you are! I decided to take the plunge years back, and although I’ve to start from a more junior role again, I felt that it was a great decision. I managed to learn new things, meet new people, and these are invaluable experiences that I wouldn’t have gotten while ‘waiting it out’ in my previous company.
