Should I buy ETF using DBS RSP or unit trust using Poems regular saving plan?

Should I buy ETF using DBS RSP or unit trust using Poems regular saving plan? Seems like every people is recommending buying ETF now. Dor unit trust, Lion Global recently launched All seasion fund with low management fee. Should I consider it over first state dividend advantage? Any suggestion?
