My SSB allocation is not reflected in my portfolio in CDP account. Is this normal?

Hi there, I think don't be overly worried.

In the past when I subscribed to SSB via ATM, I remembered encountering this issue. But as long as you have the statement issued saying that the allocation was granted to you. It should be safe to say that the transaction is "in process".

If you are used to the timeline of buying shares through your brokerage and seeing it appear in CDP statement within days like myself, all I can say that it took a few weeks to a month before I saw my allocated SSB appear.

One thing to note is that your CDP Account must be individual account. Joint CDP Securities accounts will be rejected.
