How do I redeem my SSB? When I tried to redeem on UOB app, they say its invalid CDP account, but there wasn't an option to input my CDP account number. Does anyone know?

When I go online using PC, they had an option for me to input my CDP account number, but they said it's invalid data.

Did you buy through SRS funds? You may want to call UOB for assistance.
