Looking to buy a new tablet for my grandma, any affordable option out there?

She only uses Wechat mostly to do voice and video chats, and to read content and watch videos. Now she uses an old iPad but it's lagging, so thinking of buying a new one. but don't need anything fancy since she uses minimum features...
