Kristal AI Asia REITs etf is essentially the Nikko Asia ETF. Do note that though you will save on brokerage fees, the etf will have its usual management fees. Also, the minimum investment amount is 1k sgd, when you can DCA this monthly with POSB investsaver (0.82% sales charge)
for Syfe, you can put in as little as $10 or $100 too and you will be assured of their algorithm which will rebalance the portfolio to buy more ABF SG bond etf when the markets are volatil.
do Note that the syfe portfolio is not entirely a reit portfolio, due to the allocation of the ABF SG Bond etf.
however, it is a good way to build a diversified income / dividend portfolio with little capital at hand cos imagine how much you can save on brokerage fees.
do pm me if you want the referral code for this.

Hi there,
For Accredited Investors our REIT portfolio invests in REITs that are chosen with a combination of our Genetic Algorithms along with analysis by our Investment Committee and rebalancing happens at regular intervals. Also we have kept ABF Bond ETF outside of REIT portfolio for enhanced returns but the Algorithm can rebalance to cash or ABF if it comes into allocation. Key is CIO of this Kristal is our Algorithm with human oversight from our Investment Committee
But for Retail investors we prefer if they stick to passive investments via the REIT ETF to keep brokerage costs low. A beginner investor should never start with a complicated product.
Hope this helps,
Cynthia
