Tiger brokers, is there any activity fee or holding fee (margin or no margin)? Have anyone tried withdrawal as well? Would you recommend this platform?

Anyone knows how much is the transfer fee is if I want to transfer my stocks from FSMone to Tiger Brokers? They seem to be offering very good commission rates. Any advice?
