Is there any way to check whether you hit the criteria for sign up bonus for DBS Altitude?

The T&C list of exclusions looks like the normal non mile eligible transactions list - one way to check on a per transaction basis (even before monthly statements are received) is by using the DBS virtual assistant. The MileLion website has a guide on this actually.​​​

You'll want to check your spending to see if you have not accidentally spent on a category that doesn't count:

The list of categories is under point 3.

If there's no reason to believe you didn't spend in the wrong category, then wait for 180 days after card approval, that is when your bonus will be credited. If it is not, then you should call the customer hotline at that point to reconcile.

So far for such sign up bonuses, etc, I've always seen the points credited as per the TnC. Even my SCB X Card sign up bonus eventually came, although it was a bit nerve wracking as 30th Nov approached.​​​
