Is there any impact to credit score for applying, getting welcome bonus, cancelling credit card and repeat? Will it be more difficult to get a new credit card with the same bank in the future?

In general, it will affect your credit score but only to a small extent. Not enough to have a big impact. More importantly is whether you pay your bills on time and whether in full.

I'd suggest not to apply for a cc just for the rewards. Please do an analysis whether the card suits your lifestyle then apply accordingly based on needs. Rewards that come with the CC is a bonus.

The credit score look into your ability to pay. As long as you pay on time, no late payment, than it is not an issue.
