Is there an optimal way to earn miles and cash back co-exist at the same time in different cards?

Instead of choose between miles and cash back card, Is there a optimal way for a person with monthly spending about $700 to earn miles and cash back co-exist at the same time in different cards ? so that it can a win win strategy for all ?

Yes, American Express Krisflyer ($200)/ UOB One Card ($500) top up into Grabpay every month.

Use Grabpay Card/AXS mobile App/ Singtel Dash to pay for things funded by Grabpay as the base.

It works as I am using it

It is a tradeoff, i.e. either miles or cashback. In other words, there is no credit card that gives both miles and cashback.
