Is there an equivalent of SMH ETF (listed on NasdaqGM) that is listed on LSE? My concern is the 30% tax on Singaporean. But for SMH ETF, if there is no dividend I need not worry about the 30% tax?

You know the dividend u recieved from US stock are taxed before payout to you? You no need to pay anymore tax.
