Is StashAway safe?

I’m a foreigner but StashAway requested for my passports and proof of address. I don’t mind providing but is it safe? Will my data be kept confidential

Basically all other company, digital or brick and mortar shop will more or less request some verification if you sign up for something.. StashAway is dealing with money transactions./investments so all the more they would need the most critical information such as passport or proof of address.. STASHAWAY Is also regulated by the monetary authority of Singapore so yeah.. Your data will be safe.
