Is it silly to quit your job now for a career switch?

Currently, I’m on no pay leave for 3 mths ( June- Aug). My full time course will start in end July- mid October. I have hdb mortgage every month to pay, my partner is still studying. My CPF is enough for 6 months of payment.

Is it advisable to use cash to TOP up CPF if I don’t have enough?

I have to take into consideration of months of finding a job after my course, and if I do because of my lack of skills, probably it’s an internship.

Should I still switch my career?

Thank you!

If your position is below a managerial level, it is still very easy to find a job. good luck!

Given the current situation right now, you might want to secure a full time job first before you officially quit your current job. Understand your career goals would help you make better decision. Regarding using cash to top your cpf, I would suggest you speak to your financial agent/banker about your current financial situation. Wishing you all the best!
