5 day work week (1 weekend) for a fresh grad/24 years old
It depends on your job scope, the industry that you are in and sometimes your grades/ university.
Seedly has a guide on the starting salary for local university students.
Personally, I feel that salary is not the most important for the first job. What is more important is the career growth and the experience you gain from it.
It really depends on what you are doing, and what your working hours are. Also depends on how much you like the job scope. Ultimately, you decide whether your time is worth 3.5k a month.
There is no way for us to evaluate whether this is reasonable without knowing the industry that you are in, the jobscope that you are assigned to, as well as peers that are working in similar industry as you right now.
Generally, you may wish to do a more in-depth market research based on industry statistics to help you gain more insights.
