Hi there! The HFCAA legislation will not have any impact on Syfe's investment strategy. Firstly, we do not currently invest in individual stocks; and secondly, the ETFs that we invest in are broad stock market index ETFs or equity sector ETFs which are predominantly comprised of non-Chinese stocks.
In fact, the ETFs in our Global Portfolios are diversified across 57 countries. They are also diversified across multiple asset classes (equities, bonds, gold) and sectors. Hope this clarifies!
