Hmm if affordability aint an issue, Im sure convenience wont be a problem as well. Most likely to own a car to move around easily or if lazy, just redmart or smth. You can even get your friends to come over every week for entertainment.

If I can afford it, I will rather live in a bungalow. Because if I can afford to live in a bungalow, things like cars, bungalow maintenance and watchdogs are peanuts.

Depends on where is the bungalow. And if it’s freehold.

With the rail network expansion, there are potential areas within walkable distance.
