Would you rather buy a prime location HDB or a condo in a more "ulu" area? Comment down below!

TL;DR:

What's GOOD about prime HDBs:

Generally large for its price (think Pinnacle @ Duxton and Skyville @ Dawson)
Easy access to the central area
Lower service & conservancy charges (S&CC)

What's GOOD about secluded condos:

Exclusivity as a property investment asset
Access to private facilities

What's NOT-SO-GOOD about secluded condos:

Higher monthly S&CC fees
Small for its price
Not as connected to the city (but this may improve over time)
