If I read enough finance books, can I become like Adam Khoo without going to school to learn?

Most not really. Books don't give enough information for you to start trading on a serious enough level. May give you some concepts but not a specialised system to profit consistently. Likely need to trial and error with a lot of tuition fees paid to the market if you wanna go the book route.

Going through an investment workshop on the other hand will allow much faster understanding of the system used and there's also guidance.
