If I’m investing using USD via Standard Chartered, is there a way to transfer USD via transferwise or other similar platforms for the use of investment?

If I have to rely on SC to convert the currency for me, would that result in really high fees?

Normally broker don't accept 3rd party money transfer operator.

Nope, thats how they milked your money in exchange for free custodian and dividend handling fees. its a trade-offs

I think SC rates had been better in recent months than a couple of years ago, but that's just me feeling
