If I have only $400 budget and interested to invest on ETF RSP only, should i focus on one ETF only with 400 per month or four ETFs with 100 per month?

I'm concern of minimum $1 trading fee under $1250, will it be worth of deduct $1 for $100 deal? 4 etf mean deduct $4 per month on $400 RSP.

Yes this is the cons of ETF RSP compared to robo advisor style.

I think you also need to look at the scope of the ETFs. I would aim for more diversification than to focus fire on specific sector if you are trying to save the transaction costs.
