If I don't even have enough money to buy my first BTO to live in, how do I invest in another property?

Looking to invest in property but dont even have money to buy my first bto, is there a way around this?

BTOS are the cheapest property u can buy in Singapore. So if u can't afford it yet, save up.

Alternatively u might want to invest in overseas properties but for the risks involved, I wouldn't recommend so freely.
