Hey Seedly! I'm looking to at either of two to invest in US stocks - which I believe is the most cost efficient compared to local brokerages such as Vickers, Poems, FSM, etc.
Also read that IBKR does charge a monthly USD10 fee if the trading fee for the month is lower, while Saxo charges min USD4 per trade. Over the long run, IBKR does not charge the fee when the account is holding more than USD100k
With about USD40k now and monthly 1k RSP, does IBKR makes more sense over the long run? Thanks!

Hi Anon! I'm in a similar situation to you. Just wondering which you ended up choosing?

Hey Chris! That's good to hear that you managed to find my question amidst all the rest, and hope the responses help you a little. To answer your question, I went ahead with IBKR in the end. To summarise my thought process,

My advice is perhaps you could consider opening an account with IBKR to play around with it. Hopefully it makes you feel comfortable.
Here's an extra goodie: an IBKR telegram chat if you need any burning assistance https://t.me/sgIBKRcommunity
All the best!
