I think I have just been scammed and there is an unauthorised transaction on my credit card. I thought I was talking to a legit Western Digital staff to ship my faulty WD hardware. Previously, I went through the same process of getting the shipping label but it was to a local address. This time it is to overseas, and I thought it was because they closed down their outlets here since it's COVID-19. Anyone ever managed to win the dispute resolution even though you are the one who accidentally gave out your details?

Yes, say not your transaction and get it cancelled. Make police report on that guy

Thank you. Based on advice by bank, I have made a police report. But not on the guy as it was an overseas call and may not be possible to catch. Just worried I wouldn't be able to win the dispute since I technically gave my CC details away.
