I heard from a friend from her relatives and friends that very hard to claim from NTUC regardless if motor or hospitalisation. Do you agree or heard the same?

I have actually claimed from NTUC twice in the past 2 years, for hospitalisation. The hospital will do the claiming automatically for you. No fuss!
