I think some questions you need to ask are:
What are the stocks in each of these portfolio?
Where are these located?
What is the percentage of allocation per country?
What is the cost between these two portfolios?
Who is the fund manager?
What is the track record over 1 year, 5 years, 10 years?
Are the portfolios active or passive investing?

Do it all by yourself, cheaper and controlled by yourself, needs some reading.
