I am currently waiting for my 3 room BTO flat which will be ready on 1st quarter of 2021. Am I allowed to change or switch to a 4 room BTO flat instead? What is the process like?

I am 43 yrs old (Single parent) with 2 teenage children (Care n Control/ Occupiers) when applying my BTO house in 2017. In 2018, I got married (in Indonesia legally/Letter of consent from ROM) with a non-citizen wife and have a baby (Citizen of Singapore). Am i allowed to do so after I sold my 4 room resale flat in 2010 due to separation?
