1M65 is a join effort for couples to have $130,000 each in both SA and MA combined by age 30. Over 35 years, the sum will compound to $1,000,000.

As a single, it will definitely be harder, therefore it is important to consider your expenditure carefully. Is it necessary to own a (luxury) car? Is it necessary to own private property? These lifestyle choices will affect your progress towards 1M65. I don't think it is impossible but will need a lot of prudence.
