First of all, staying at home for the entire day and weeks... Is almost impossible for all of us.
Govt is giving $600 to every adults on 14th April, rationale is they know our expenses will go up during this month. What we can help our parents is :
1) talk to them more... Most of us are busy and we seldom talk to our parents. With this Stay Home, you have plenty of time to understand them...
2) another form of interactive is exercise, simple home exercise.
3) most of us loves our parents cooking... This is also time to learn something from our parents!
4) if your parent want to go out do some groceries shopping, go with them, help them to carry but remember to wear mask, and 1metre social distaning. During the outing, update your parent on the recent changes.

Firstly, we should spend quality time to listen to your parents' needs. For the most part, understand their reasons for wanting to gather together. For instance, it may be because of the lack of entertainment or a feeling of loneliness at home.
By listening to them, we can use the right actions to help them overcome this period. For example, it could be to help them with groceries, find ways to connect with their friends, more family bonding time.
In any case, please stay safe!
