How to use AMEX & Citibank points for miles?

I have about 650K worth of AMEX points and 170K of Citibank points. Aaron, how will you recommend the usage of the above points, assuming it is for travel on business class for a family of four? Where is the furthest distance we can stretch for the miles and on which carrier? Possible for us to do 1st class flight? Thanks in advance. 😋😊
