How to redeem Citi ThankYou Points for KrisFlyer Miles on Singapore Airlines?

This 1:1 transfer value makes it easy for you to see how many KrisFlyer Miles your ThankYou Points are worth.

You have to transfer at least 1,000 ThankYou Points for each transfer request, and each transfer has to be done in incremental value of 1,000 ThankYou Points.

With KrisFlyer Miles in your KrisFlyer account, you can redeem for both Singapore Airlines flights as well as Star Alliance airlines' flights through the Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer program.

Because Singapore Airlines is a member of the Star Alliance, your KrisFlyer Miles can take you to over 1,000 destinations across 170 countries on different tiers of award flights. If you like, you can also use your KrisFlyer Miles to upgrade your seats on Singapore Airlines, SilkAir and other airline partners.

You can do this online:

1. Go to the Travel tab and you'll see Points Transfer.
2. Then, select your travel loyalty program which you'd like to transfer your ThankYou Points to. In this case, select Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer if you want to redeem your ThankYou Points for KrisFlyer Miles.
3. Key in the number of ThankYou Points you want to transfer, then accept the T&Cs and confirm your Points Transfer request.
4. Bear in mind that you have to transfer your ThankYou Points in increments of 1,000 and that the minimum number of ThankYou Points you can transfer is set at 1,000. The maximum number of ThankYou Points that you can transfer for each Points Transfer request is capped at 500,000.
5. Allow for up to 14 days for the converted ThankYou Points to be reflected as Miles in your KrisFlyer account.

1 Citi ThankYou point is 0.4 KrisFlyer miles. You will need to redeem a minimum of 25,000 ThankYou points at one time, and each time you do there is a $25 transfer fee.

Login and look for the relevant airline under Travel-- Points Transfer. You'll see the transfer rates and applicable fees.
