How to buy stocks from china/us because we in singapore can only buy singapore stocks?

For US market, most brokers here will allow access to it. Just that fees will vary. The best ones are Td Ameritrade and interactive brokers.

For China, from what I see you probably need to go through Hong Kong. Interactive brokers does have access for this though its limited in a way.
