How old are you and are you looking to settle down anytime soon? I feel that you are very successful in your career right now and TWS is expanding. Is starting a family a priority for you now?

I'm a 1989er so I'm 31 this year, 32 the next.

My girlfriend and I had a talk recently about kids, and I don't think I'm ready to have children now. On the other hand, my girlfriend is also concerned about the health issues of having kids after 35.

It's a tough decision and honestly I have no solutions. One thing you have to keep in mind that is I'm still very much a noob in life and I'm still learning as I go along.

As for career success, I think both Wei Choon and myself are just relieved we get to do what we love and earn money at the same time for now.

There is a quote that goes:

"Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts."

I try to remind myself of it often.
