How long does it take to open a DBS Vickers Cash Upfront Account?

I've registered for an account on 14 Mar and it says I'll get notified in 3-5 working days. It's been more than a week already and still no news from them. Is it normally this long when you open a brokerage account?

Hey Anon, in my case, I applied to open a Vickers account on 31 Dec 19 and it was activated on 6 Jan 20. So it took about 3 working days for me. Perhaps you can drop them an email at [email protected] , they're pretty quick to respond.
