How does the Personal Finance Festival work?

Hi, for the upcoming personal finance festival, how does it work? There are 2 stages and workshops. Can I jump from Stage A to Stage B and vice visa? Cos there are many talks that I'm keen to hear at Stage A but there are 2 talks that I am keen to hear at Stage B: Panel: Short vs long term investing & Alternative investments beyond stocks, bonds & funds. Also, what do the workshops provide for me?

P.s First time joining a finance fest. Confused with certain things.
