How does Syfe work? Lets say i invest in some ETF and the value grows, do i need to sell the stocks or do i receive my gains just by withdrawing the funds?

For your gains (dividends), you can choose to reinvest it or have it transferred to your bank account. However, the latter is only available when your account has a value above $20000 I think.

Syfe is a robo advisor. You are investing in a basket of ETFs and not directly into any stocks. Should you liquidate, they will sell off the ETFs according to how much you wish to withdraw and credit the money back to you.
