Youtuber at Google (Channel : Say Do Invest)

I heard just recently tiktok start paying people for views but there is a certain criteria to hit. Below is an article from the verge.

It is a "learning fund" not by ads.

I think what google is offering is revenue sharing. Which i am trying to hit the quote but I have a long way to go. 1000 subs and 4000 hour watchtime only then you are eligible for monetization. This is for youtube.
