Assuming money isn't a problem, would you change your looks to get more people to like you, or simply just to look better?

Mainly about plastic surgery, but also expensive make up and perfumes and all those stuff

Nope. There will always be haters and no amount of money and external products usage will satisfy them. I would use the money and invest in a good course that helps with confidence level. People can never intimidate someone with a healthy level of confidence and studies have shown that people are attracted to one who is confident.

I find that a life predicated on getting 'more people to like you' is wasted.

Ultimately, we only have one life, and at the end of the day, we are answerable to only ourselves. The constant need to get others to like us is alluring at first, but ultimately not really fulfilling.

Consider the famous stars who arguably were extremely well-liked, but ultimately killed themselves. They had millions of followers, and fans who said they loved them. These people also tend to be ridiculously good-looking, and some got those good looks with surgical enhancements.

Personally, even for myself, I went from a fat 60kg to a more trim 50kg now. I also went from someone who didn't study from exams and constantly showed up on common test day not knowing there was a test, to someone who fortunately had a good first job that paid well enough and offered tremendous learning opportunities.

At the same time, while I transitioned - I can see for myself who are the friends who engage with me for who I am, and also the 'friends' who only started saying 'Hi! How have you been?' only when they noticed that I looked better/seemed more successful etc. Personally, I do not care for people who are in the latter group.

It's harsh, but ultimately, you only need a few good people in your life (the people who really support you, and the people whom you care for). Not legions of fans who say they like you.

  • Remove all acne scars and pigmentions
  • higher nose bridge
  • 6 paxs - haha

The rest are standard grooming and nice clothes

Beauty is only skin deep. What matters more is the person beneath the skin. For me, rather spend on fitness classes if money is no object. Hire a chef for healthy meals. Will look healthier this way and effects will last longer. Definitely no to plastic surgery, unless it's to cover up something that was surgically removed due to disease
