Definitely don't use your own excel! Unless you can the excel VBA macro to populate your bloomberg charts. I only had that when my work account had a bloomberg account, and I had a Bloomberg terminal (3 screen set-up).
I would say to use stocks cafe.
Though I don't practice it, as a firm believer in ultra-longterm buy & hold I feel that checking everything every quarter would suffice

Which stocks do you mainly hold? If it's SG/US/HK, you can consider to use stocks.cafe. It's an amazing site setup by a SG'rean as well!
Alternatively for app, I am using "My Stocks Portfolio". It has even more markets with real time data. You can try it out!
If you are using 1 or 2 stock brokerages, this can be tracked by the internal portfoilo tracker in brokerage's websites.
It can be found in the "Portfoilo" tab of your desktop trading websites. Most stock brokerages have this function for their clients. The other option is to create a "watchlist" to track
