How do i keep track of how much my stock rise or fall.. do i put it on excel and record everyday or is there any better way to do this?

Though I don't practice it, as a firm believer in ultra-longterm buy & hold I feel that checking everything every quarter would suffice

Which stocks do you mainly hold? If it's SG/US/HK, you can consider to use stocks.cafe. It's an amazing site setup by a SG'rean as well!

Alternatively for app, I am using "My Stocks Portfolio". It has even more markets with real time data. You can try it out!
