I use Tradey (https://tradey.nl/), with a free account you can track all your accounts (p2p, stocks, real estate, etc), see their relative allocation, XIRR, and your historic total worth in a chart. It also shows how attractive your individual stocks are and I use it to buy and sell those stocks now and then.

I use this apps call My Stocks Portfolio & Widget.
They provide all the tracking include XIRR and it's FOC.
Else u can use excel to track all these easily.
