How do I increase my chances of successfully getting a HDB BTO? I have been trying for a few launches and still unsuccessful every time. What am I doing wrongly? Is there a way to increase my chances?

Any advice please, thank you.

Unfortunately the only way to truly increase your chances is to fail more times but even that doesn't confirm that you'll get a successful ballot.

Another sure way to increase your chances is to have children or have your parents live together with you (must state in the application).

I myself have failed a few times so you really just need to hope that they launch one near your parents as that can help but is not really garunteed for BTO.

If the bto is going to be near your parents, apply under MCPS to secure one more chance.
