How do I avoid the Currency Coversion Fee from Fidelity with Multi Currency Account?

I've got some stocks in Fidelity from my company's Employee Stock Purchase Plan and I'm looking at withdrawing some amount. Under the withdrawal preferences, I have the option to withdraw as USD or SGD (with 2.5% conversion fees).

Is it advisable to get as SGD or should i open a multi currency account and withdraw as USD? If latter, which account is recommended?

Thanks!

Try to use something like TransferWise, still conversion fees but much cheaper
