How can I deposit USD cash into a DBS multi currency account? In branch office? Any fees?

If account is in the same currency as the foreign currency notes deposited, a commission-in-lieu of exchange (min. S$10) applies

USD deposit can only be done at the branch office and for fees, I think there shouldn't be any but better confirm with the bank.
