I find this unfair this should also applies to teenagers of the aged of -9 and above who are working to support their family. we should also get the $600 payouts to manage our expenses for this one month. i hope the government should also take action on the issue that ive brought up.

I love these type of questions.

in my job, whenever we draw up some border, there will always be people left out by that border, and will be considered "unfair".

No matter where you draw the borders...

its unfortunate, life has many unfairness :)

Yes it is unfair.

First thing I am sharing with my children is... life is extremely unfair. :(

Society is extremely unfair.

I can see why the government excludes 19yo teenager, because most 19yo teenager are not breadwinners or income-producing individuals. Doesn't make sense to pay them money when they usually doesn't have salary.

So it make sense for government to exclude, and then for special situation teenagers (like yourself if you are one of them) to request for special aid.

For example, you can approach social aid with your background, household income details and etc and they will definitely help if you can provide details that you are suffering from a drop of income due to the covid virus

The temporary relief fund, you can try and appeal and apply too.
