Hi, is it possible to use my fully paid HDB house as mortgage to loan $500,000 from the bank?

I'm in need of some money for the time being, so i would like to use my house as mortgage. Is this possible and what are some steps to go about doing it? Please help!

Nope! Not for HDB flats.

No, won't be able to mortgage HDB flat for loan. Only private and also subject to TDSR.
