Hi, I would like to find out if anyone has heard about https://acquity.io? Acquire is a private equity platform to match your stock portfolio to invest? Is it a good start for the beginner.?

To create an account you have to use a Linkedin account? Is this private platform is safe? I have found a link on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bYkb9xdrQvY

There is not much information on the company available. Even the video you provided the link for has about 70 views over the past 10 months.

I believe the platform acts like a dealer market rather than the common broker market, hence the term 'private'. Private equity is another class of investment and to not be confused.

This platform appears to be more suited for trading, which is not recommended for most beginners.

Hi Yang Teng, thank you for answering about the investment on this trading platform. I have been using Robo-advisor through Seedly Reviews such as Syfe and Funding Societies. I am happy with the return 5-10% annually, but I would like to invest in market shares. What would you suggest if I wanted to enter into buying share this type of investment. Would like to hear your comment.

By market shares, do you mean shares of listed companies? I definitely wouldn't recommend any since we both may have different investment needs, views and risk appetite. I would suggest reading more about various companies that you know of, understanding their financials, and then evaluate if the company will be profitable in the long run. It is definitely a tedious process, but the research has to be done by yourself. After all, who values your money more than yourself?
